In 2023, a letter regarding Murtaugh that was sent to the FBI, was entered as exhibitive evidence into U.S. Court case number 2:23-cv-00011 – Eastern District of Tennessee. The evidence was regarding Murtaugh’s taunts on Twitter where he ominously suggested he is in fact the infamous mobster, FBI informant, and serial killer James ‘Whitey’ Bulger.

The William Murtaugh situation is not as simple as a weird old guy driving around acting like a creeper in a news van. In the Summer of 2020, Murtaugh traveled to Minnesota where he met with the FBI for four (4) hours to discuss what he called “The Chaos Project”.

Murtaugh published video of himself leaving the FBI building as he predicted bad things were coming to the outfit out of “Ocala” which was a reference to Christopher E. Hallett, CEO, E~Clause LLC, Ocala, Florida. In October 2020 the Police Chief in Ocala died in a single fatality plane crash, and shortly thereafter in November 2020, Hallett was shot in the head in his kitchen.

In 2023, Alexandra Koukounakis, Canada, who hosts a talk show called Infiltrated by Truth, had a series of conversations with Neely Blanchard who has been incarcerated in the Marion County Jail for over three years with no bond hearing. Not only did Blanchard tell Koukounakis she had been tortured and anally raped by the staff, but she also (Blanchard) said her attorney, Jack Maro, had been communicating with William Murtaugh about her case!

The OUTRAGEOUS and unprofessional nature of Maro’s conduct is exasperated by the fact the Marion County State’s Attorney’s Office, via Prosecutors on the case, ASA Amy Berndt and ASA Toby Hunt, had been turning over troves of files and case evidence to Murtaugh to be used for publication and commentary on the murder case.

It gets worse.

Koukounakis contacted the Marion County Record’s clerk and asked if their office turned the files over to Murtaugh. The Clerk said “no”. This means that Hunt and Berndt were apparently going around the Record’s Clerk to give Murtaugh the files. Then – using the files – Murtaugh published a video called “The Spy Pen” which spiraled out into stories on the Web dubbed the Neely Blanchard murder confession.

FBI ANNOUNCES NEELY BLANCHARD “CONFESSED” TO MURDER OF CHRISTOPHER HALLETT

However, as we reported, the State’s witness, Kathy Watson, who according to records in the case file, initially told law enforcement that Blanchard told her that Hallett had been shot. However, the records show Blanchard did NOT say SHE (Blanchard) shot Hallett; Blanchard simply said Hallett had been shot. Then – over a year later, a “Spy Pen” is entered into evidence that sounds like spliced-up audio of Blanchard indicating she (Blanchard) shot Hallett and, further, claimed Hallett was a child sex trafficker.

The “Spy Pen” audio completely CONFLICTS with what Neely Blanchard did and said during a video-taped interview with the FBI shortly after Blanchard’s arrest. In the “Spy Pen” audio Blanchard tears Christopher Hallett up – declaring him a child trafficker. But in Blanchard’s interview with the FBI shortly after the murder, she said NO SUCH THING.

During the FBI interview with Blanchard, the FBI agent LIED to Blanchard and told her Hallett had never filed anything into the court for her. Blanchard appeared shocked, hurt, and sad. The FBI agent was lying to her and gaslighting her about Hallett.

What the FBI apparently did not know was that Christopher Hallett filed documents on November 2, 2020 (thirteen days before his murder), in the U.S. Courthouse in Florida’s Middle District. Hallett then sent a copy of the U.S. Court Clerk’s receipt to his professional colleague, a former Government Judge (not BAR association which is private) from Minnesota, Randi Lynn Erickson. However, the filing by Hallett had VANISHED. War Correspondent Timothy Holmseth hired attorney Charles Baron to search for the Hallett filing. Baron reported he spoke with the Clerk and after exhausting all efforts, could find nothing. The receipt was subsequently published on TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH REPORTS. After it was published, Murtaugh went Live and said he telephoned the U.S. Clerk of Court about the receipt. Murtaugh said Hallett made no such filing and publicly stated the Clerk told him the receipt was a “forgery“. Then – at a much later date – the filing magically re-appeared. Holmseth, Erickson, and others are all in agreement that the filing that re-appeared looks fake and done by somebody other than Hallett.

CASEY ANTHONY CASE 

On January 25, 2024, the STATE OF FLORIDA filed a document into the case of STATE OF FLORIDA vs. NEELY PETRIE BLANCHARD (case number 2020-CF-004668-A) entitled “NOTICE OF TAKING VIDEO DEPOSITIONS”.

Blanchard, the Defendant (oddly referred to as the Respondent in the filing) is charged with First Degree Murder in the assassination-style shooting of Christopher Edward Hallett on November 15, 2020, in his Ocala, Florida home.

The video deposition is scheduled for Harry D. Krop MD.

In 2013 NEWS4JAX, Jacksonville, Florida, reported, “Local forensic psychologist talks about Cleveland abductions – – – Dr. Harry Krop says this case is the most unusual he’s seen in his career“.

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Dr. Harry Krop is a well-known forensic psychologist who has probed the minds of some of this nation’s most notorious criminals, including Gainesville serial killer Danny Rolling and the nation’s first female serial killer, Aileen Wuornos.  Krop even spent time evaluating Casey Anthony, who was acquitted of killing her 2-year-old daughter.

Now he’s sitting down with Channel 4 to talk about the Cleveland sex captives, a case he calls the most unusual case he’s seen in his career.

“I’ve done close to 3,000 first-degree murder cases,” Krop said.

Note: It appears by all intents and purposes the Harry Krop MD from the Casey Anthony case is the same Harry Krop referenced in the Blanchard case.

At the 1:22 marker in the Channel 6 video featuring Murtaugh and his behavior, you see a man on the left-hand portion of the screen named Rev. Richard Grund.

In 2009, investigative journalist and news reporter Timothy Charles Holmseth interviewed Rev. Grund and his private investigator William E. Staubs (Cobra the Bounty Hunter).  Grund’s son, Jesse Grund, was once engaged to be married to Casey Anthony. Rev. Grund told Holmseth that he (Rev. Grund) used to worship Satan but was/is now a Christian. Rev. Grund and Staubs attempted to feed Holmseth a story that led Holmseth to believe evidence shows Rev. Grund should be investigated for the rape and murder of Caylee Anthony.

Rev. Grund and Staubs told Holmseth that after little Caylee Anthony vanished, Casey Anthony went to the apartment of Jesse Grund and asked to use his shower. Rev. Grund and Staubs claimed Casey Anthony attempted to entice Jesse Grund into taking a shower with her. Rev. Grund and Staubs said Casey Anthony was trying to lure Jesse Grund into a sexual situation so she could extract semen from him, along with pubic hair from the shower. Rev. Grund and Staubs claimed Casey Anthony was going to take the genetic material and plant it on Caylee Anthony’s body to create the appearance that a “Grund” raped and murdered Caylee Anthony and ejaculated on the body.

In addition to other statements by Rev. Grund and Staubs, Holmseth concluded the story they were weaving was suspicious.
