Trump rejected Israel’s plan to attack Iran

BATTLEFORWORLD.COM | April 17, 2025: The New York Times reported that US President Donald Trump has rejected Israel’s proposal to strike Iran’s nuclear sites, according to White House officials and others familiar with the matter. And that Trump prefers to pursue instead a new deal with Tehran.

The information published by the NYT revealed that Israel had already drafted plans to attack Iran’s nuclear facilities in early May, to fulfill the objective of delaying its ability to develop a nuclear weapon by a year or more. Part of the plan called for a combination of airstrikes and commando raids, with the Jewish state proposing to push for “an extensive bombing campaign” to last more than a week. Israel wanted the Trump administration to greenlight the operation but also to actively support it.

How will Zionist henchman and prime minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu (with his cabal from Brooklyn and Long Island, New York) work around to try and change Trump’s decision? The report by the NYT revealed that there was a “rough consensus” in the White House, and that Vice President J.D. Vance, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, and Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard were among the top administration officials who raised concerns that the strikes would “spark a wider conflict with Iran.”
