In 2018, a CIA officer named Robert David Steele was put into contact with award-winning news reporter and FBI witness Timothy Charles Holmseth through a mutual contact from Minnesota named Sara Westall in what appeared to Holmseth, on the surface, to be a friendly well-intended gesture through a natural chain of events, intended to help Holmseth, an embattled FBI witness in the Jeffrey Epstein case obtain an attorney named Steven Scott Biss, Biss Law Office, Virginia.

We have now learned from Tanya Cornwell Biss, Biss Law Office, who publicly stated in 2023 that her husband Steven Biss is a “spy” for the Canadian government, knew all about Timothy Holmseth and his embattled situation as a ‘targeted witness” in the Jeffrey Epstein case before Holmseth ever even talked to Attorney Biss about legal representation.

Tanya Biss also openly states she was working with “Robert David Steele“.

This newly released secret detail implicates key figures at the highest levels of the United States Government for their role in conspiracy to hide the truth about Jeffrey Epstein.

On March 7, 2025, Tanya Biss told Alexandra Koukounakis, host, OPEN MIC (Infiltrated by Truth Punisher) that “Timothy Holmseth” was being targeted because he (Holmseth) had reported to the FBI the name of an attorney whose name appeared on documents used to move stolen Haitian children into the United States by obtaining new “social security numbers” for the victims – claiming they were “orphans”.

“So that’s what Timothy Holmseth – like where I intersected – I knew about him before he had contacted Steven – a really weird coincidence – it’s like I tried to tell him (Steven Biss) but Steve had a listening problem so like he didn’t even remember me telling him – and I was like look they are using like stalker laws to keep him (Holmseth) from talking about this because that woman was the same woman who – so they tried to take kids out of Haiti – she was the woman who was getting the news social security numbers to the kids they were stealing,” Tany Biss said.

Tanya Biss said the Haiti child trafficking incident that she was referring to was in regard to the “Laura Silsby” criminal case connected to Hillary Clinton.

This revelation by Tanya Biss reveals the CIA was covertly targeting Timothy Holmseth using the judicial system at the local level in a State where Holmseth did not reside and had not been, whereby the CIA deployed a ‘Family Court Judge’ named Michael Kaplan to GRANT a domestic violence order against Holmseth in Broward County, Florida to force-remove Holmseth’s lawfully published content from the Web – and set the stage for Holmseth’s planned kidnap and murder by Hillary Clinton’s bodyguard, former SEAL TEAM 6 SNIPER Craig (Sawman) Sawyer.

Holmseth had been interviewed by the Minneapolis FBI in 2010, at the request of the Jacksonville, Florida FBI, after Holmseth alerted the FBI to information that he obtained during journalistic interviews about a child kidnapping in Putnam County, Florida – interviews Holmseth began conducting in 2009.

Holmseth had accidently stumbled upon the Jeffrey Epstein child procurement operation which was investigated by the FBI and is sometimes referred to as “The CIA Finders”.

Beginning in 2011, Jeffrey Epstein’s FBI-CIA-U.S. State Department operatives began arranging for law enforcement to arrest Holmseth and charge him with “Harassment” in the State of Minnesota. In reality – Holmseth was not violating any law and was simply publishing evidence he obtained about an FBI agent named “John Regan” (aka Bob Hamer) and attorneys involved in the international child trafficking scheme through the Ukrainian Embassy in Washinton DC.

Court records from Polk County, Minnesota reveal Holmseth entered audio recordings into evidence that contained interviews with key figures in multiple child-victim-related cases (e.g., HaLeigh Cummings, Caylee Anthony) – including information about baby sales by the FBI, CIA, attorneys, CPS, and others.

In 2018, Sarah Westall, Minnesota, contacted Holmseth and told him she found somebody who could help him obtain an attorney to fight the State of Minnesota’s false charges. Westall referred Holmseth to CIA officer Robert David Steele – whereupon Steele and Holmseth began communicating. Steele told Holmseth he was encouraging his (Steele’s) attorney Steven Scott Biss to take Holmseth’s case. Simultaneously, Steele asked Holmseth to be a witness for the International Tribunal for Natural Justice (ITNJ) whereupon Steele wanted Holmseth to testify to what he (Holmseth) told the FBI.

Holmseth agreed to be a witness for the ITNJ and subsequently retained Biss Law Office for $10,000.00 – resulting in Case Number 0:19-cv-60002 – Florida Federal Southern District Court.

Beginning in 2009, Holmseth began learning details about an FBI-CIA child sex trafficking and black-market baby sales operation being staged out of the State of Florida that trafficked stolen babies and children in and out of the United States through the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington DC – and other methods.

The child kidnapping operation was connected to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, as well as now federal prisoner former attorney Scott W. Rothstein who was charged with RICO for running the largest Ponzi scheme in the history of the State of Florida.
