The Issues and Solutions

America’s Founders established the United States on a foundation of rock-solid principles that allowed our country to become the strongest and most prosperous bastion of freedom and liberty in the world. These principles include the limited republican government of, by, and for the people, private property, a written Constitution, equality of man before God and the law, and individual rights that come from God, not the government. Those rights include freedom of speech, religion, and assembly as well as due process of law.

These founding principles led to the development of a set of values unique to America and Americans. These values include individualism, personal responsibility, equal opportunity, looking to the future, learning from the past, achievement, a positive work ethic, efficiency, practicality, informality, upward mobility, success, humanitarianism, and patriotism. The founding principles coupled with these traditional American values set our country apart from all others in ways that benefitted not just our citizens but the entire world and made the United States the destination of choice for immigrants worldwide.

Sadly, beginning the 1960s, leftist, progressive ideologues rejected everything America stood for and everything that made our country. The initiated a war on God and the United States aimed at replacing our founding principles with Marxism and our traditional values with secular humanism. These left-wing progressives are determined to destroy America as we know it and rebuild it in their own dystopian, totalitarian image. Yes, changing America forever. To this end, they have taken over the K-12 education system as well as our colleges and universities and have transformed these critical institutions into educational gulags for indoctrinating successive generations of Americans in leftist orthodoxy. They have driven God out of the schools, government, and the public square. With every step forward these leftist ideologues have made in advancing their nefarious agenda, America has taken a step backward.

Patriotic Americans are beginning to say, “enough is enough.” We wrote America’s End Game for the 21^st Century: A blueprint for Saving Our Country to provide a gameplan for patriotic Americans who reject the Marxist. Our blueprint for saving America contains seven critical strategies for defeating leftist ideologues and restoring our country to the principles and values that made it great. These strategies include:

Achieve an American spiritual revival

Preserve the Constitution and Bill of Rights

Reject historical revisionism and refute the big lies of the secular left

Preserve capitalism and reject socialism

Restore patriotism and love of country

Overcome specific domestic threats to America’s End Game

Overcome specific foreign threats to America’s End Game

These are vital issues and matters that the new American Leadership under Donald J Trump and his staff must quickly resolve if America is to remain Free, Safe, and Secure. He is moving very quickly to resolve and in warp speed! They must be determined that the Constitution and a Rule of Common Law will prevail in the daily lives of “We the People” and the Republic preserved—the very Republic our forefathers and mothers bequeathed to every American Citizen and all future generations.

The past regimes of Obama and Biden represented an unjust and unprecedented usurping of power that intentionally smothered and ignored the Constitution and the Rule of Law. We have fought too hard, shed too much blood, paid too much treasure, and earned through the sweat of our brow in defending and building our beloved America to turn our backs on it now. “We the People” demand that the destruction of America end.

If the United States of America, the Constitution, and We the People are to survive, the following issues need to be resolved.

A Few Solutions:

Strong and Thoughtful American Leadership. Done with the 2024 election of DJT. The United States of America was being destroyed from within, particularly by some of “the elected”, global elitists, Cartels as well as planted internal and external enemies. Facts speak the truth of that matter. One colossal question loom: Have the American people thoughtfully elected patriotic, American First political leaders at the Federal and State levels of government? If not, why not? The simple solution is to return to paper voting ballots and picture identification as a voting requirement. In addition, all states should honor “Write-In” Candidates. Furthermore, every state must have recall procedures that can be rapidly exercised. American leadership that puts America first, legal elections, and “Write-in” candidates, when demanded by voters, will cure failed leadership and treason that is now jeopardizing America’s future.

2. Avert Economic Destruction. If the “American Taxpayer” is forced to foot the massive interest bill on the debt that keeps the unsustainable and rapidly growing National Treasury from going bankrupt every year, America and “We the People” will continue to be squeezed on the way to complete and total economic destruction. Upon retirement from the presidency, President Woodrow Wilson made this statement, referring to the corrupt establishment of The Federal Reserve System: “I believe I have destroyed my country.” This system is, in fact, not Federal and had extraordinarily little reserve currency invested. Nor is it constitutional, and whether Congress legally passed it still looms. If the American people elect an honest Congress and President who put America first—as opposed to the money masters who deposit funds in off-shore bank accounts—Americans could become interest-free on repaying the national debt within 60 days. The federal income tax system could be eliminated, leading to booming prosperity that we have never seen before in the history of our republic.

“The Americans” will take the time to explain that 60-day recovery solution: The Federal Reserve Central Banking System needs to be abolished and money functions be placed at the US Department of Treasury where it should be. The US Treasury will print enough greenback dollars to exchange every legitimate Federal Reserve note. Then, it will exchange all legitimate Federal Reserve notes on a one-for-one basis with US Treasury greenback dollars (US Currency). At the same time, only the US Treasury will be allowed to coin or print United States currency/money, and only the US Treasury will be allowed/authorized to issue currency. Eliminate the IRS and institute a consumption flat tax system. States will have the flexibility to establish taxes as necessary to meet and local requirements such as their school and property systems.

3. Creating Jobs Is the Path to America’s Resurgence vs. Purposeful, Deceptive Job-Killing—the Reason for Our Decline. With an interest-free National Debt, no Income tax would be necessary. Less-than-honest politicians devised the 16th Amendment (Income tax Amendment) and the Federal Reserve to confiscate American wages and salaries. One Senate Democrat confiscated the later retirement income vote of Vice President Al Gore to satisfy the money politics of President Bill Clinton. Assuming the elimination of The Federal Reserve and, along with it, the annual interest on the National Debt and the IRS needed to administer the income tax, America will then be poised to create jobs and prosper like never before. With no corporate income tax, US manufacturing, now operating offshore, will return to America. Middle-class jobs will be created in more plentiful numbers than ever before, and folks will be able to get married sooner and have more children, which will redound to the benefit of the economy and our national security. Furthermore, with the onerous tax burden lifted, American manufacturing will be able to compete in worldwide markets and prosper. Corporate money banked offshore (trillions) will be transferred back to American banks that can be used for investment.

With no income tax to pay and countless new jobs created in America, the economy will boom, welfare costs will subside, and costs to the Federal Government will become much less than the politically expedient and purposeful Welfare Costs now being infused into a declining America. With growing families and a lessening need to impose onerous taxes on them, our nation can transition to another tax system that collects less revenue, e.g., the National Sales Tax. The lessening tax burden will reduce the reliance on the Social Security Trust Fund, which President Lyndon Johnson and Congress decided they needed to raid. That account, which only exists on paper, will eventually go broke—that is to say, if the status quo stands, less money will be paid into the system than is paid in by 2040 or sooner. Bottom line, America will recover from this manufactured debt interest burden that cannot be sustained in the only viable way— by creating jobs for all American Citizens.

4. Rebuild and strengthen the US Total Military Forces. All American citizens have remained free, safe, and secure in their homes within the Continental Limits of the United States since the end of the Civil War. That is because of our well-equipped and took control of the US Military establishment, including the Active Duty, Guard, and Reserve Forces. Without asking any questions, the taxpayers have funded that essential element as insurance to preserve the Republic and the way of life endowed by General then-President George Washington, the newly established U.S. Constitution, an elected U.S. Congress, and the American Citizens after winning the Revolutionary War. A war that freed Americans from the bonds of harsh English greed and tyranny. Without a doubt, it is timely to re-examine the necessary strategies and tactics needed to maintain America’s security and freedoms with a deterrent Force that will keep any would-be aggressor from our shores as well as the ability to fight and win any battles to preserve our freedom.

5. Continue to establish a secure all borders of the United States. Make it mandator that all laws involving Illegal border crossers (to include all sea and air ports of entry) be faithfully executed as required by the Constitution for the United States.” Had these laws been faithfully executed and followed President Eisenhower left office, American Citizens would not be paying three hundred billion dollars each year subsidizing twenty million or more illegals. But, without question, if they hope to be put on a faster path to citizenship by learning English and assimilate with mandatory requirements, like learning and understanding the US Constitution.

6. Continue to reduce the size of Federal, State and Local Governments. Without question, the various levels of government have grown and expanded far beyond necessity, reasonableness, commonsense, and cost-effectiveness. Why has this vast spending of tax monies been allowed to happen? It was all accomplished with derelict and partisan economic destruction by excessive spending. Failed leadership was witnessed

7. Term Limits – Must be established so that the Republic has no career politicians or judges. There should be no lifetime positions in the US Government. Term limits are to be set as follows:

Members of Congress Representatives – Two terms of four years each.

Senators – Two Terms of six years each.

Supreme Court Judges – one term of 10 years.

The Federalist Papers set forth pressing governing issues vis-à-vis early times in America and have often been referred to for understanding government since those times. “The American First Papers” written and publishes by the Stand Up America US Foundation has laid out a template for today’s pressing governing issues. The papers seek to clarify further what Americans Leadership believes is peacefully and vitally necessary to preserve and secure the Constitution, the Republic, and our children’s future.
