The Fourteenth Amendment shall be re-written to re-state: “All peoples born or naturalized in any of the 50 individual states and subject to those jurisdictions thereof, are then able to later voluntarily become secondary citizens of The United States of America and to adopt, support, preserve and defend their primary citizenship of the home State wherein they were born. This means one cannot become a National United States Citizen without first becoming elected or appointed or drafted to serve internally to any instrumentality of The United States externally to their home state. No longer is the word ‘Reside’ a necessary descriptor for a State-born man or woman aging themselves above their age of accountability.”
