The “Debbie SpendItNow” Ad (locally played in MI, during the SuperBowl; and now covered by the National Media) hits the nail on the head, and all the Left can do is their usual Race-baiting. While the Ad is about Stabenow (D-MI), it is really about all Democrats in Washington D.C. these days…
Stabenow (and the rest of the Tax-And-Spenders) must go! As part of the DO NOTHING SENATE (Democrat controlled), she/they failed to do their Constitutional duty and pass a Budget for 1,000+ days. When, in December, they finally passed Omnibus spending Bills for FY2012 they; ignoring “supposed cuts” agreed upon (Debt Ceiling agreement); are spending (yet again) a new largest Budget deficit (though they tried to hide it by passing several separate Bills) in US history. And those “Occupy Wall Street” folks, where are they? since she voted for the (Bank Bailouts) TARP (Obama’s $350B portion)?!?! We would be better represented in the Senate by a random pick from the Phone book, so I will support any/all that oppose her.

Unfortunately, Pete Hoekstra is NOT a good spokesperson for the message as his record in Congress shows little (to none) actual Spending restraint itself! Fortunately, there are several other Candidates vying for the MI-GOP nomination to run against Stabenow on the August 2012 Primary ballot. It is one of those real/true Conservatives that is needed to face off against Stabenow in November to show an actual Contrast. It seemed “Political” as it appears “Morning in America” like. Could you imagine the flack had that ad not been for Chrysler (which is barely an afterthought footnote at the end of the ad) and instead an Ad for Rick Santorum (who has been making such Reagan like plays in his rhetoric, and advocating for a Manufacturing come-back via his Tax plans) and “Half-time” referring to the 2010 elections and to finish the game would mean to kick out Obama. Democrats would be singing a different tune, of course.
Frankly, IT IS HALF-TIME in America. The 2010 election was the first half highlight, and now it is up to us (TEA Party members) to finish the game in 2012 and replace ObaMAO and capture control of the US Senate!!!
